The hospitality was amazing, especially when the staff surprised us with a delicious cake on our anniversary-definitely brought a smile to our faces. The view from our room was just fine. We found ourselves sitting on the balcony just watching the world go by -it was nice

I had a delightful stay at the Luxury Collection in Bangalore. The room, a Towers Exclusive 1 Queen with Balcony, was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom products provided were top-notch, and the towels felt incredibly soft. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of scrumptious options. I particularly loved the freshly baked breads. The cocktail lounge atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff were extremely accommodating to our requests. On the downside, the air conditioning in my room didn't work well, making the stay a bit uncomfortable at times. I also had issues with in-room dining, where the staff seemed unenthusiastic and delivery took an unexpectedly long time. Cleaning issues were noted too. some common areas and furniture looked a bit neglected. However, the overall decor of the hotel is beautiful, and it boasts a fantastic location near local attractions. Despite these shortcomings, I would definitely consider returning for the excellent breakfast and room comfort.

The central location next to Cubbon Park made my weekend walks incredibly enjoyable, as I could easily stroll to the Bangalore Aquarium and enjoy the beautiful greenery surrounding me. however, the hotel staff's persistence in reaching out to my room, especially late at night, could be improved.

The spacious lobby's elegant decor made me feel like royalty. Its accessibility features ensure that even the most senior guests can navigate comfortably, enjoying luxury without any hassle.

Normal wear and tear is noticeable, and some parts of the hotel could benefit from a refresh, but nothing too alarming. Extra services, like laundry or taxi arrangements, can carry European price tags, which may be a bit steep for everyday needs. I found the persistent communication from the hotel slightly intrusive at times, especially with calls about room service during evening hours, which disrupted my peace.

Spacious room with a comfy sitting area. An oversized balcony for enjoying views. The iPad for in-room controls was a cool touch. Staff was real welcoming and attentive. Breakfast had a solid variety, and the steam room and hot jacuzzi were fantastic surprises. Definitely enjoyed my stay!
